利用規約

はざま（hazama）

本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、tinpangames（以下「当チーム」といいます）が提供するアプリ「はざま」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第1条（適用範囲）

本規約は、本アプリのすべての機能・サービスの利用に適用されます。当チームが別途定める個別規約がある場合は、個別規約が本規約に優先して適用されます。

第2条（利用登録）

本アプリの利用にはアカウントの作成が必要です。メールアドレスとパスワード、またはGoogle アカウントによる認証を行うことでアカウントを作成できます。

未成年者が本アプリを利用する場合は、保護者の同意を得た上でご利用ください。

第3条（アカウント管理）

ユーザーは自己のアカウント情報（パスワード等）を厳重に管理する責任を負います。アカウントを第三者に利用させることは禁止します。

アカウント情報の不正利用により生じた損害について、当チームは責任を負いません。

第4条（投稿内容の責任）

ユーザーは、自らが投稿した情報（文章、位置情報、画像、その他一切のコンテンツ。以下「投稿内容」といいます）について、すべての責任を負うものとします。

投稿内容に関し、第三者との間に紛争が生じた場合、ユーザーは自己の責任と費用においてこれを解決し、当チームに一切の損害を与えないものとします。

第5条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは、以下の内容を含む投稿および行為を行ってはなりません：

第6条（投稿内容の利用）

ユーザーは、投稿内容が当チームによって閲覧・審査され、必要に応じて修正・非表示・削除される場合があることを了承するものとします。

ユーザーは、投稿内容を当チームが本アプリの運営、分析、安全啓発、今後のチーム活動等の目的で使用することを無償で許諾するものとします。

第7条（位置情報・端末情報の利用）

ユーザーは、投稿時に取得される位置情報・端末情報が、投稿の正確性を担保する目的で記録・使用されることに同意するものとします。

当チームは、これらの情報をプライバシーポリシーに基づき適切に取り扱います。詳細は プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

第8条（知的財産権）

本アプリのコンテンツ（デザイン、ロゴ、テキスト、プログラム等）に関する著作権その他の知的財産権は、当チームまたは正当な権利者に帰属します。

ユーザーが本アプリに投稿したコンテンツの著作権はユーザーに帰属しますが、第6条に定める範囲で当チームへのライセンスを許諾するものとします。

第9条（サービスの停止・変更）

当チームは、システムの保守、障害対応、その他やむを得ない事由により、予告なく本アプリのサービスを一時停止または変更することがあります。

当チームは、サービスの停止・変更によってユーザーに生じた損害について責任を負いません。

第10条（免責事項）

当チームは、ユーザー投稿によって発生したいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。また、投稿情報の正確性、完全性、有用性について保証するものではありません。

第11条（行政機関等への情報提供）

当チームは、法令に基づく手続または捜査機関・行政機関等からの正式な照会があった場合、当該機関に対して投稿内容、位置情報、端末情報その他必要な情報を開示することがあります。

当チームは、当該開示が法令に準拠しており、公共の利益または第三者の権利保護のために必要と判断した場合、ユーザーの同意なく情報提供を行うことができるものとします。

第12条（規約の変更）

当チームは、必要に応じて本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内での告知をもって効力を生じるものとします。

変更後に本アプリを継続利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

第13条（準拠法・管轄裁判所）

本規約の解釈および適用は、日本法に準拠するものとします。本規約に関する紛争については、当チームの所在地を管轄する裁判所を合意管轄とします。

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the application "hazama" ("App") provided by tinpangames ("our team"). By using the App, users agree to these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms apply to all features and services of the App. Where separate individual terms exist, those individual terms shall take precedence over these Terms.

Article 2 (User Registration)

An account is required to use the App. Accounts can be created by authenticating with an email address and password, or with a Google account.

Minors must obtain parental consent before using the App.

Article 3 (Account Management)

Users are responsible for strictly managing their account credentials (such as passwords). Users are prohibited from allowing third parties to use their accounts.

Our team shall not be liable for any damage caused by unauthorized use of a user's account.

Article 4 (Responsibility for Submitted Content)

Users are solely responsible for the content they submit (including but not limited to text, location data, images, and other materials, collectively "Content").

If any dispute arises between a user and a third party in connection with submitted Content, the user shall resolve such dispute at their own responsibility and expense, and shall hold our team harmless from any damages.

Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users shall not submit Content or engage in conduct that:

Article 6 (Use of Submitted Content)

Users acknowledge that submitted Content may be reviewed, modified, hidden, or deleted at our team's discretion.

Users grant our team a royalty-free license to use the submitted Content for purposes including but not limited to App operations, analysis, and public safety awareness.

Article 7 (Use of Location and Device Information)

Users agree that location and device data may be collected and used at the time of submission to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the Content.

Our team will handle such data appropriately in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details.

Article 8 (Intellectual Property)

All intellectual property rights in the App's content (including designs, logos, text, and programs) belong to our team or the respective rights holders.

Copyright in content submitted by users remains with the user, but users grant our team a license within the scope set forth in Article 6.

Article 9 (Service Suspension and Changes)

Our team may suspend or modify App services without prior notice due to system maintenance, failure response, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Our team shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of service suspension or modification.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

Our team shall not be liable for any damages resulting from user submissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of submitted Content.

Article 11 (Disclosure to Government Authorities)

Our team may disclose user content, location data, device information, and other necessary information to law enforcement agencies, administrative bodies, or other government authorities in response to lawful requests, legal obligations, or official investigations.

Such disclosure may be made without the user's prior consent if our team reasonably determines that it is necessary to comply with applicable laws, protect public interests, or safeguard the rights and safety of third parties.

Article 12 (Changes to Terms)

Our team may revise these Terms as necessary. Revised Terms shall take effect upon notification within the App.

Continued use of the App after revisions constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of our team.
